Reflection London offers a 30 day money back guarantee.

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, please return the item along with the original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange.

Please note that personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery are not returnable unless Reflection London is at fault, and items which have been modified by a third party or abused can not be refunded or exchanged.

If you do need to return an item, please ensure that you include a copy of the original delivery note along with details of whether you require an exchange or refund. The address for any returns can be found on the contact us page.

Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the original purchase within 28 days.

Please ensure that items you are returning are securely packed and posted with an appropriate level of insurance cover via a signed for postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery.

Return postage charges are refundable only where Reflection London is at fault.
